The recipes on this page are taken from the Whitesville United Methodist Women Cook Book. These recipes will change on a regular basis. All past recipes will be put into the recipes archives for future reference. 

MAIN DISHES

 

Chicken Divine    Ruth White Phillips

  • 2 boxes of frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Ritz Crackers
  • 3 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • sharp cheese

Cook chicken. Save 1/4 cup broth from chicken. Cut chicken.
Mix with soup, broth and curry powder.


Cook broccoli; drain and put on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish that has been greased. Then pour on the chicken mixed with the soup, broth, and curry powder.

Grate cheese and put on top of chicken, then butter Ritz Crackers and crumble on top of cheese.


Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour or until it bubbles.
